There is a leader in every woman waiting to be unleashed!
Climb Your Everest empowers women and girls around the world to rise above systemic barriers through education, leadership training, and economic opportunity. We provide scholarships for girls to stay in school, micro-loans for women to build sustainable businesses, and transformative personal and professional development programs designed to cultivate confidence, skills, and long-term independence. Through storytelling, community, and global partnerships, we inspire individuals to overcome their own “Everest” and create generational change in their families and communities.
Help us lead our futures, one woman at a time!
Our educational programs are built on a research-based, participatory action approach shaped by my PhD work. Instead of presenting one-size-fits-all training, we actively involve women and girls in identifying their needs, challenges, and strengths. This collaborative model ensures that every skill we teach is practical, culturally relevant, and immediately applicable to their lives. Because participants help shape the learning process, they are more engaged, more confident, and able to master the skills more deeply and efficiently, creating lasting change for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Empowering Women, One Step at a Time

This module helps participants identify their biggest dreams and the internal and external barriers that stand in their way. Through storytelling, reflection, and practical goal-setting tools, women and girls learn how to break overwhelming challenges into small, achievable steps. They discover their personal “Everest,” strengthen resilience, and build the confidence needed to pursue education, careers, or leadership roles—regardless of social, economic, or cultural limitations. Every day we are dealing with different obstacles to reach our goals. Sometimes, these hurdles seem like high mountains impossible to climb. Getting a promotion at work, achieving your educational goals, and maintaining good relationships with our loved ones are examples of challenges we deal with on a daily basis. We are all capable of overcoming our fears and climbing these mountains if we have the skills that truly empower us to experience in real life that "there is no limit to human potential, there is only limits in human belief!" This is the first step to empower and inspire participants to take on big endeavors.

This module guides participants to understand their strengths, values, passions, and the unique talents they bring to their families and communities. Many women in developing countries are told what paths they should follow; this program helps them discover who they truly are and what they want. Through culturally relevant exercises and collaborative discussions, they learn how to make empowered decisions, choose meaningful career or education goals, and build a life aligned with their authentic selves. Learning high-impact skills to effectively lead your life is similar to climbing in extreme environments. It helps if we recognize that passion is a value, a tool for living life; a state of being. On our path to success, many of us face limitations of time and resources that force us out of our comfort zones in order to reach out for your highest goals in life. In this interactive workshop series, we focus on essential leadership skills such as self-confidence, critical thinking, resilience, communication skills, creativity, self awareness, and more.

Women often face environments where pushing for change can be risky. This module teaches the strategy of “tempered radicalism”—how to create meaningful social change while respecting cultural contexts and community norms. Participants learn how to advocate for themselves, challenge inequality in safe and effective ways, and become catalysts for progress in their families, schools, and communities. The program equips them to lead change with courage, wisdom, and cultural intelligence. Societies that practice patriarchal culture are oppressive and restrictive environments that make gender discrimination possible. In this interactive training, I share personal stories of the metamorphosis that is inherently available to each of us, when we see who we really are and what we truly are capable of achieving, despite our environment. We learn tools and techniques on how to stay empowered in the face of disempowering communities or people.

In many parts of the world, girls are not encouraged to speak up or develop their analytical voice. This module trains participants to think critically, ask powerful questions, and communicate their ideas with clarity and confidence. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and supportive speaking practice, women learn the skills needed for job interviews, leadership roles, community meetings, and personal advocacy—giving them a stronger voice in shaping their own futures. There are many skillsets that are essential to a young mind thriving, and yet are not taught in schools. In this workshop, we discuss ways of navigating the world around you, through skills that are meant to enable and empower youth to recognize and seek out the most effective resources at the right time. Skills such as self actualization, taking responsibility, decision making, mentorship, leadership awareness, cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

This module provides essential knowledge and practical strategies for physical health, emotional wellbeing, and personal safety—areas where women in developing countries often have limited access to reliable information. Participants learn about nutrition, stress management, mental health awareness, boundary-setting, and recognizing unsafe situations. The program empowers them to care for their bodies, protect their wellbeing, and build confidence in making healthy, informed choices. Empowering women through educating them with safety & health information increases their confidence and participation in society and consequently, their involvement and sense of responsibility in prevention, protection and promotion of the health of themselves, their family, and the society, and facilitates the achievement of favorable health outcomes. In this course we empower women to educate themselves about their personal health including productive and sexual health and educate their communities.

This module teaches women and girls how to create change not only for themselves, but for their entire community. Participants learn how to identify local problems, design community initiatives, and work collaboratively to promote equality and opportunity for others. They explore the basics of advocacy, leadership, and teamwork, strengthening their ability to take action on issues that matter—such as education access, gender equity, and economic empowerment. Women and men around the world are part of an unprecedented movement for women’s rights, equality and justice. From global marches to social media campaigns, women are raising their voices in unison, calling out sexual harassment, organizing for unequal pay and women’s political representation. Whether you’re talking to your friends and family, or engaging with an advocacy organization, the most important way to be an advocate is speaking up. By raising your voice for women’s rights and gender equality, you can spread awareness and break down barriers. In this course we empower women to participate more actively in advocacy programs locally and globally.

Many women in developing countries are excluded from financial education, limiting their independence and opportunities. This module equips participants with essential financial skills—saving, budgeting, understanding interest, managing income, and planning for long-term stability. Whether they are students, mothers, or entrepreneurs, women learn how to make smart financial decisions, support their families, and build a foundation for economic freedom. Both women and men need to be sufficiently financially literate to effectively participate in economic activities and to take appropriate financial decisions for themselves and their families, but women often have less financial knowledge and lower access to formal financial products than men. Women therefore have specific and additional financial literacy needs. In this course we empower women to gain access to financial services and financial education.
We empower marginalized women and young girls to lead fulfilling lives.
